CAVU Refund & Return Policy

1. Overview

At CAVU, we’re committed to delivering gear that reflects clarity, confidence, and comfort—perfect for those who live above the clouds. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, here’s how our return and refund process works.


2. Return Eligibility & Timeframe

  • You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to initiate a return.

  • Eligible items must be:

    • Unused, unwashed, and in the original condition

    • With all tags attached

    • In original packaging (e.g., sticker packages, pouches, etc.)

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items customized, personalized, or made-to-order (if applicable)

  • Clearance or “sale” items marked as final sale

  • Gift cards (if applicable)

4. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at cavubrand@gmail.com or use our support form with:

    • Your order number

    • Item(s) you wish to return

    • Reason for return

  2. Wait for our approval and return authorization.

  3. Once approved, ship your item(s) back to:

    CAVU Returns
    [Insert Return Address—your warehouse or fulfillment center]
    

    Note: Returns shipped without prior approval will not be accepted.

5. Return Shipping

  • Unless the item is defective or damaged, return shipping is your responsibility.

  • Use a trackable shipping method—CAVU is not responsible for items lost in transit.

6. Refund Processing

  • Upon receipt and inspection of your return, you’ll receive an email notifying you whether your refund is approved.

  • If approved, refunded funds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Refunds typically show up in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution’s processing time.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Please inspect your order upon arrival.

  • Report any damage, defect, or wrong item within 5 days of delivery.

  • Email us at cavubrand@gmail.com with photos and your order details.

  • If confirmed, we’ll provide a prepaid return label and issue a full refund or replacement (your choice).

8. Exchanges

  • We don’t offer direct exchanges. To get a different size or item:

    1. Return your original purchase following the outlined process.

    2. Once your return is processed, place a new order for the desired item.
